Hey so lately I’ve been making a lot of BONUS PANELS for both patrons and Twitch subscribers. But how do you access them as a Twitch sub? 
TL;DR: all the bonus panels are in a secret #bonus_panels chat channel of our Discord server that both Twitch subs and patrons have access to
Seeing the bonus panels as a patron is pretty straight forward (just click the BONUS PANEL link beneath comics or browse through my Patreon page), but seeing them as a Twitch sub requires just a couple steps to set up:
Different from YouTube, subscribing on Twitch means being a paid member of my stream for extra benefits. 
You can get this for free if you have an Amazon Prime or Prime Video membership!
Sync your Twitch account with your Discord account by opening Discord and going into User Settings > Connections > Twitch.
Discord will automatically sync with your Twitch account, and you’ll find all the streamers you’re subbed to (like me) in the Connections tab! You can hit the “Join Server” button and you’ll get your special sub role, just like that. Or just join our Discord server directly.
And that’s it! Now you’ll see additional secret channels appear that only show up if you’re a Twitch sub (or patron)!

New Logo 
After (too) many years, I’ve finally updated the logo (and profile pic) of Loading Artist. I hope you like it! I’ve also made a Making Of post (which includes a history of Loading Artist logos) for patrons if you’d like to see more.
It’s that time of year again.. again!
I’ve gone through all the comics I made this year and have chosen 5 of my favourite ones. I wonder if my choices sync up with yours.

I’m really happy with how these bonus panels are looking, a couple of them are almost like brand new comics. The goal is to eventually give all comics in the archive a bonus panel, as well as all incoming comics. Dats a lot of panels.
Aren’t bonus panels usually free? What a sell out
Bonus panels have always been a way of monetizing a webcomic, except that they used to be a way for getting people to come back to the site (after seeing it posted somewhere else) and rack up another ad view.
However, the Internet has changed since then and the money you get from ads is a fraction of what you used to get. Which is fine by me, because I don’t like ads anyway and is something I’m trying to move away from.
